St. Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar - A fantastic sharp and fruity cheddar from Fife. Raw cow's milk.
Killeen Goat Gouda - Sweet and nutty from Galway in the west of Ireland. Pasteurised goat's milk.
Cashel Blue - Ireland's iconic blue, creamy & piquant. Cow's milk, pasteurised & vegetarian, penicillium roqueforti.
Dhorlin - Made at the Inverloch dairy, this is a Scottish take on Taleggio with a delicate nutty finish. Pasteurised cow's milk.
Paddy's Milestone - Made in Ayrshire and modeled on the iconic Ailsa Craig. A bloomy brie-style rind with a crumbly interior. Cow's milk, pasteurised & vegetarian.
Gift box presentation and wrapping is not included in this selection but can be added as an optional extra at time of purchase.
For additional crackers, charcuterie & accompaniments we encourage you to shop from our abundant selection when you collect your cheese order. Additional seasonal cheeses and other special choices can also be purchased at the time of collection.
Our selections are for pre-order and in-store collection only. We do not currently offer a delivery service. Our order books close on Friday 13th December at 6pm, after which time we welcome your purchases in-store.
Must Be Crackers reserves the right to make sensible substitutions with alternative products of equal or higher value in any situation where a supply issue arises at this busy time of year.
Weights on items that are cut by hand are approximate. By date, we endeavour to give you a minimum of 7 days shelf-life on soft cheeses and 14 days on hard cheeses.
You can trust that we are doing our very best to build and plan for brilliant cheese selections!

All orders are prepared and packed in an environment which handles nuts, peanuts, milk, soy & wheat.
All crackers (where included) contain wheat, gluten & egg. You can swap them for a GF or vegan option at the time of pickup.
